Pregnancy is such a special time and one which can be greatly enhanced by practicing nurturing, flowing yoga. The focus here is on creating space, relaxation & calm, along with developing a strong bond with our growing babies. This small, weekly class offers mums-to-be a friendly, nurturing space to connect with their bodies and their babies.
Throughout these sessions, using postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation we create ease and comfort in the body and soothing those common pregnancy pains. We also work with positive visualisation and affirmations similar to hypnobirthing to prepare for birth and beyond.

Restorative Yoga, & Yoga Nidra
Serenity General Classes are suitable for most abilities, as you will be encouraged to move into the postures at a level that is most appropriate for you. Each session focuses on balancing your energy as well as your body, in addition to offering plenty of opportunity for connecting to the breath, time for reflection, recuperation and relaxation (Savasana).
These sessions run in term time only.
