Having trained with author & mentor Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2012, I discovered just how important for women at this time of transition to feel supported.
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle way to feel healthy, happy & prepared in pregnancy & for birth. Classes focus on finding comfort & ease in the body whilst identifying the rising power that Pregnancy brings.
Classes are set in the wonderfully nurturing space of Serenity Studios where mats bolsters and props are provided
Although separate to the hypnobirthing, this is great to do alongside your hypnobirthing as I use many of the Birthing Mantras during relaxation to as an anchor for Birth Preparation. We also practice posture work for active labour.
Hypnobirthing is an amazing way to prepare for a calm & informed birth. Having two boys of my own, I know first hand the overwhelming feelings that can take hold around Labour & Birth. This is why I'm such a passionate ambassador for positive birth preparation.
There is a saying in Yoga, "Where thought flows, energy goes" & this is never more true than when planning the birth that is right for you.
As part of The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme, my aim is to provide a fun and comfortable learning environment for Group bookings, One to One or even Online Sessions.
All Bookings Include Access to
The Wise Hippo Hub where you can download all your pregnancy relaxation MP3s & watch the many videos that make up the educational Wise Hippo video library.
